Our 2023 Promises

For the Planet

We've teamed up with a third-party waste management company to make sure our office is as eco-friendly as possible. We were even awarded a shiny Silver Recycling Award in 2023! Plus, we're always on the lookout for ways to replace office items with more planet-friendly alternatives.

We love creating a workplace that sparks joy, growth and inspiration. We're all about nurturing our team, equipping them with the skills they need to excel, and fostering a culture of fairness and respect. 

Safety and inclusivity are non-negotiables and discrimination is a no at Tangle Teezer. We’re committed to providing a work environment where our employees can thrive without worry. Our company is always adapting and improving, so we continuously reevaluate our benefits and policies to make sure they’re serving our team in the best way possible. Part of this includes listening to our team’s feedback. Every year, we conduct an employee engagement survey and then act on what we learn.

Our Global Family
Tangle Teezer has grown a lot! We now sell brushes in over 75 countries, and we've stretched our manufacturing wings beyond the UK. We expect our suppliers to meet our high standards and policies, especially when it comes to preventing slavery and human trafficking. Giving Back
Making a positive impact is a big part of who we are. Here's how we're doing it:

  • Keeping It Local: We've been a proud part of the Brixton, London community since day one and we love supporting local causes. We've also started to do the same in New York, where our team is growing.

  • Global Goodness: Our Tangle Teezer family is spread across the globe and we show our support by giving to the international charity Choose Love each year.

  • Supporting Our Team's Passions: Our team members are a passionate bunch who care about different causes. We're right behind them, offering two fully paid volunteer days each year and matching any funds they raise for charities.

We're always looking for ways to do better, so our mission will evolve and update at least once a year. Stay tuned to see how we continue to care for more than just your hair!

US orders are sent from our distribution centre in Kansas via USPS 1st Class. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday) after you receive your dispatch email from us for your order to arrive.

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

We offer FREE delivery on all US orders.

As of the 25th of May 2023 we said goodbye to our European website and we no longer ship internationally outside of the UK & US. But we’re all about the positives. Our amazing partners are still carrying our products so you can get your Tangle Teezer fix over there. Please see our list of partners for the EU & ROW:

You can return your Tangle Teezer purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

The easiest way to return an purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging to our Distribution Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your original order ID number, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds.

We offer US customers a FREE post return option. You can make a return to us for FREE using our online returns portal here.

You can send back your Tangle Teezer hairbrush, or ANY plastic hairbrush (we do not accept wooden brushes or boar bristles) for FREE, and we will send you a 15% Off discount voucher to use on your next online purchase.
