To care for your Tangle Teezer, simply remove any hair after each use, rinse it occasionally with warm water, and use a bit of mild soap or shampoo if there’s product build-up. Let it air dry naturally, bristles down or on its side, and avoid squashing it under heavy objects. Treat it gently, and it’ll keep detangling like a pro for years.

We advise that the hairbrushes in our Detangling, Styling and Wellness ranges should not be used with heat, as this can cause the teeth to melt. Only the brushes in our Blow-Styling range have been specifically designed to be used with low heat to cool setting.

Like any brush the teeth of the Tangle Teezer will collect hair and any residue of styling products. To clean, remove loose hair and with a clean toothbrush use soap in warm water to gently scrub between the teeth and the base of the brush. Rinse and allow to dry naturally with teeth facing up.
