How it works

2. Put your old plastic brush in a small parcel or postage bag.
3. Post to us for FREE!
All you need to do is access our returns portal here and we will guide you to create your free return label. Instructions will come in your welcome email.
Recycle your old hairbrush with us
First things first
Before you post, please remove any hair from the brush - we’ll leave you to recycle that part.
If you decide to give your brush a pre-posting wash, please make sure it’s fully dry before packaging it up.
It’s the little things
When it comes to caring for the planet we call home, the little things count. Knowing how to throw your hairbrush away in the right way can be confusing, that’s why we make it super simple.
At the moment, we send about 500 brushes to be recycled each year and we’re only in the early stages of our recycling journey. We want to increase this to 10,000 a year by 2030, so help us to achieve that goal by sending us your old plastic brushes. We’re all about keeping the plastic in the system so it continues to be reused.

What happens next?
Once your brush makes it to us, it’ll be manually sorted at our warehouse.
The plastic is melted down and turned into pellets.
The pellets are then given a second life and they come back as anything from watering cans and pots, to benches and garden chairs.
